Vespa GTS  below freezing temperature cold start. The Vespa GTS has been stopped for approximately 3 weeks, exposed to outside temperature dropping into the minus 14 Celsius, approximately 5 degrees Fahrenheit. The Shorai LFX Lithium battery started the Vespa  on the first attempt.
