Vespa World Days was formed in 2007 as a metamorphose of the excellent Eurovepsa Rally, which organized its first rally in 1954 and the final one in 2007.
In 2006 the Piaggio Foundation along with Piaggio & C. S.P. A. founded the Vespa World Club, which oversees Vespa World Days. Clubs members are made up from National Vespa Clubs and the Piaggio Corporation to support and endorse the activities and initiatives which form part of the Vespa culture.

The 2018 Vespa World Days, hosted by the Vespa Club of Britain, will take place in the beautiful city of Belfast, Northern Ireland. The event will run from June 14th to the 17th.
