Paul Weller Custom Vespa PX200 by Joe Nelis

Paul Weller seems to instinctively know when to stop.

One of the most difficult decisions to make when customizing a scooter is how much or how little to customize.  From the light touch on the Vespa Sprint seen below, to the more complex artwork on the Vespa PX200, Joe Nelis seems to have found the right balance.  A scooter project can easily go from awesome to tasteless, though Nelis while performing custom tribute to the English singer, songwriter and musician Paul Weller, seems to instinctively know where the boundaries lie.
